Services
As Prescon Hazır Beton Ltd., we are providing our services  with focus on ready-mixed concrete production, ready-to-use wet plaster production and construction contracting.

What is Ready-Mixed Concrete?
Ready-Mixed Concrete is a construction material obtained through mixing cement, aggregate, water, and when necessary, several chemical additives in accordance with a certain production technology, having plastic or fluid consistency and shapeable in the beginning, solidifying and hardening over time to gain strength. Concrete consists of 80-85% aggregate, 10-15% cement and 5-10% water by absolute volume. When necessary, chemical additive may be added on the condition of not exceeding 5% of the cement weight.

Ready-Mixed Concrete Production Process
The Ready-Mixed Concrete Plants consisting of the measuring and mixing units of the ingredients constituting the concrete perform homogenous, fast and quality concrete production with a precise computer control due to operation principles. Production of concrete with the desired properties requires that enough amount of material at a quality conforming to the standards is stored beforehand, the materials to be added in the concrete mixture are used precisely and by measuring, mixing operation is performed in the suitable manner and for adequate duration. Mixing duration of the concrete is defined as the time period from putting all materials in the plant mixer and starting the mixing operation to completion of the mixing operation. According to Turkish Standards, mixing duration of the concretes with a volume of 1 m3 and lower is minimum 45 seconds, and an additional mixing duration of 15 seconds is required per half m3 exceeding this amount. However, in wet mixture production, this duration may be reduced down to its half considering that there is mixture in the mix during transport.

Wet System Ready-Mixed Concrete Production: Wet system ready-mixed concrete production is performed with the method of mixing in the central mixer at the concrete plant. The fresh concrete prepared  at the concrete plants with automation system by mixing all the ingredients included in the concrete design recipes established according to the standards are transported to the delivery place designated by the buyer through transmixers. Initiation and completion of mixing operation of the concrete materials are performed in the central mixer at the concrete plant. Mixers used for this purpose are usually forced -palette mixer.

Concrete Polishing
Surface hardener is disked and integrated into the surface by polishers, then polishing is performed. Note that too glossy surface is not desirable. Because polishing operation is required to be performed not too much to attain a too glossy surface, and a reflective surface should not be caused by this way.

In order for the concrete to gain strength, fresh concrete needs liquid water during the initial setting phase. In this process, fresh concrete undergoes a fast dehydration process. If this is not prevented and the water needed in this process is lost by vaporization, concrete cannot gain sufficient strength.

Wet Ready-to-Use Plaster
Ready-to-Use Plaster is produced at concrete plants just as the ready-mixed concrete, transported to the worksite through transmixers, and can be used without losing its consistency for up to 48 hours under suitable storage conditions at the worksite of the customer. As an economic, environment-friendly and contemporary alternative to the conventional plaster applications at the worksites, Ready-to-Use Plaster is expected to experience a process that is similar to substitution of the hand-poured concrete by the ready-mixed concrete in the market.
